Giftcard Terms
PURCHASE
- The Gift Card is digital and can be sent via E-Mail, SMS, or both, on the date of your choise.
- The Gift Card cannot be purchased in conjuction with other products in the cart.
- Available denominations include: 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400 and 500 euros.
- The Gift Card can be purchased exclusively through online payment methods (Credit or Debit card, IRIS orPayPal).
- Please note that after purchasing a Gift Card refund is not available.
REDEMPTION
- The Gift Card code is valid for a single-use per order, regardless of its value, and can be redeemed for an amount equal to or greater than its balance.
- Any remaining balance on your order may be paid with any accepted payment method (Credit/Debit Cards, IRIS, PayPal, Bank Deposit,or Cash on Delivery).
- The Gift Card code can be redeemed exclusively on Toms.gr and is valid for one year from the issue date.
- Please note, the code cannot be used in combination with other discount codes, but it is applicable to discounted products.
- For returned items purchased with a Gift Card, refunds will be issued as store credit rather than cash.
Toms has the right to refuse, cancel or hold giftcards / credit vouchers and orders for suspected fraud, for cards issued in error with an incorrect amount or for other violations.
